Door Fitter/Floater
Premier Custom-Built Cabinetry, a high-end, residential cabinet manufacturing company is seeking a Door Fitter/Floater to fill a dynamic role in the company.
Main Functions
- Work as part of a team to assemble cabinets and fit doors
- Flexibility to move to other departments as the workload demands.
- Develop creative solutions to produce required specification for products.
Job Requirements
- Experience with woodworking equipment (Edge Sander experience a plus)
- Able to read engineering drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of wood species a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without consistent direct supervision.
- Quality oriented. Attention to detail a must.

Finish Artist
Premier Custom Built, Inc, an ultra-custom residential cabinetry company is seeking a skilled Finish Artist. This person would apply a variety of finishes (paints, stains, glazes) onto wood or metal to reach the desired look on the material. Every job at Premier is unique and detail goes into customizing each finish. We are looking for someone with experience in applying finishes to cabinetry in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of color blending
- Capability to see color, texture, and depth of finishes applied to wood and metal
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and leadership aspirations
- Quality oriented. Attention to detail a must.

Metal Finisher
Premier Custom Built, Inc, an ultra-custom residential cabinetry company is seeking a skilled Metal Finisher. This person will apply a variety of finishes (patinas, acids, glazes) onto metal to reach the desired look on the material. Every job at Premier is unique and detail goes into customizing each finish. We are looking for an energetic, creative & artistic individual who has a willingness to learn and passion for his/her work.
Requirements
- Finishing and spraying experience a plus.
- Knowledge of color blending.
- Capability to see color, texture, and depth of finishes applied to metal.

Project Manager
Premier Custom Built, a high-end residential cabinet making company is seeking a Project Manager. This individual will work with our Designers to provide build drawings for production of custom cabinetry.
Requirements
- Use a 3D drawing system to design/build cabinetry
- Work in a collaborative environment with Drafters, Designers, Installers and Production Team

- Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses excellent communication skills
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement and mechanical aptitude

Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience using 2D and/or 3D drawing systems
- Experience with Kitchen design/build is required
