5-Year Limited Liability Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n

Premier Custom Built, Inc., at Premier’s sole discretion, will repair or replace products that prove to be defective in workmanship or material to the original purchaser of the home within a 5-year warranty time period. The warranty period begins at the date of product delivery to the residence and is expressly limited to the warranty terms listed below. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty applies to items manufactured by Premier. Items not specifically listed in this warranty are not covered. No other expressed or implied warranties are applicable. The Customer’s right to repair or replacement of warranted products are the exclusive remedies set forth in this warranty. To exercise your rights under this warranty you must first contact the Premier Authorized Designer from whom you purchased the product.<\/p>\n

WHAT THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COVERS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cabinetry<\/strong>: The warranty covers workmanship and material defects that will be repaired or replaced at Premier’s sole discretion. This includes cabinet casework, doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, interior accessories, panels and toe material.<\/p>\n

1 Year Warranty on Wood Finishes:<\/strong>\u00a0The warranty covers repair or replacement of finish or coatings, determined by Premier, that do not meet product specification standards. \u00a0Wood finishes require yearly maintenance by the homeowner and are not the responsibility of Premier or it’s representatives.<\/p>\n

Stainless Steel and Powdercoat Coatings<\/strong>: Repair or replacement of finish or coatings, determined by Premier, that do not meet product specification standards.<\/p>\n

Mechanical & Decorative Hardware<\/strong>: Replacement of door hinges, drawer slides and decorative hardware having material and or workmanship defects.<\/p>\n

WHAT THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Non-Residential Use<\/strong>: Damage or costs associated with items not used within a residential environment.<\/p>\n

Improper Care, Use and Storage<\/strong>: Damage resulting from care, use and storage not conforming to Premier’s Use and Care Guide.<\/p>\n

Seasonal Changes<\/strong>: Seasonal and or climatic movement of outdoor products, due to changes in relative humidity and temperature change, is a normal process and is not considered a warranty issue. Additionally, normal wear and fading of wood and color should be expected in an outdoor environment.<\/p>\n

Accidents, Abuse, Normal Wear & Tear<\/strong>: Damage resulting from accidents, negligence, abuse, misuse or normal wear and tear including but not limited to; stains, burns, cuts, gouges, smoke discoloration, dents, scratches, scuffs, watermarks and pet damage are not covered under this warranty.<\/p>\n

Product Modifications<\/strong>: Damages caused by electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Audio\/Video components and accessories other than those provided by and installed per Premier’s specifications are not covered by this warranty.<\/p>\n

Changes In Color<\/strong>: Changes in metal, wood, stain, and\/or powdercoat colors due to time or exposure to weather and sunlight are not covered by this warranty.<\/p>\n

Wood Finish\u00a0Maintenance:<\/strong>\u00a0Any issues that occur as a result of wood finish maintenance are not covered by this warranty.<\/p>\n

Consequential or Incidental Damages<\/strong>: Premier Custom Built, Inc. will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, damage to the purchaser or to any third party.<\/p>\n

Labor And Freight Costs Associated With Product Removal, Repair, Disposal and Reinstallation <\/strong>are NOT covered by this warranty.<\/strong><\/p>\n

YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

This warranty gives specific legal rights. Other rights may apply depending on the state of residence.
