Sander/Finisher
Premier Custom Built, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sander / Finisher to join our production team. This position plays a key role in creating the high-quality custom cabinetry our customers expect. The successful candidate will divide their time between whitewood sanding and finish sanding, ensuring components are properly prepared throughout the finishing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Whitewood Sanding
- Sand and prepare raw wood components prior to finishing.
- Inspect surfaces for defects, glue residue, scratches, dents, and other imperfections.
- Follow quality standards to ensure all parts are ready for the finishing process.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain workflow and quality expectations.
- Finish Sanding
- Sand sealer-coated components between finish stages.
- Ensure surfaces are smooth and properly prepared for final finish application.
- Identify and correct imperfections in finished surfaces.
- Maintain consistency in appearance and quality across all products.
- Handle cabinetry components carefully to prevent damage during the finishing process.
Project Manager
Premier Custom Built is a high-end residential cabinet making company, specializing in custom cabinetry for luxury homes. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovative designs, and personalized service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Premier Custom Built, you will work closely with designers, installers, and our production team to bring custom cabinetry projects to life. Your role will focus on managing the design and production, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. You will utilize advanced 3D design systems to create detailed build drawings, while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers to create and refine 3D cabinetry designs that align with client specifications.
- Produce accurate build drawings for custom cabinetry production using industry-leading 3D drawing systems.
- Act as the central point of contact between designers, installers, and the production team, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Ensure that all custom cabinetry meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working with 2D and 3D drawing systems in the cabinetry or similar design/build industry.
- Proven experience in kitchen design and custom cabinetry build.
- Strong proficiency with 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, or similar tools).
- Experience in managing projects from initial design to final installation, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in high-end residential cabinetry or furniture manufacturing.
- Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and fabrication techniques.
