CNC Programmer/Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to join our team and play a critical role in producing custom parts using state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation to produce complex parts with precision and efficiency.
Main Functions
- Programming & Setup: Develop and modify CNC programs for multi-axis machines using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam) to produce parts from wood, plywood, MDF, and other materials.
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines to machine parts according to specifications.
- Tool Selection & Setup: Choose appropriate tooling, adjust machine settings, and calibrate tools for optimal performance and precision.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications, utilizing measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure continuous production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and operating multi-axis CNC machines.
- Technical skills: Proficiency with CNC programming software and ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality control and the ability to produce parts with high precision.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot machine problems, and propose effective solutions.

Molder Operator
We are seeking a skilled Molder Operator to operate and maintain our Weinig Powermat 700 molder. The ideal candidate has experience with high-precision woodworking machinery, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing top-quality custom components in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Main Functions
- Set up, operate, and monitor the Weinig Powermat 700 molder for custom millwork production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine setup and tooling requirements.
- Select, install, and adjust cutting tools and machine components for optimal output.
- Measure, inspect, and verify molded parts to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standard.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of woodworking, moldings, and machine tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Product Development Engineer
As a Product Development Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and engineering of high-end custom cabinetry. You’ll collaborate with our design, production, and project management teams to turn customer visions into manufacturable and installation-ready products.
Main Functions
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to interpret client concepts and translate them into engineered cabinetry solutions.
- Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, OnShape).
- Develop engineering packages for production, assembly instructions, and hardware specifications.
- Research and recommend materials, hardware, and construction techniques that align with quality, cost, and aesthetic goals.
- Support prototype development and coordinate with the shop floor for fit, finish, and feasibility feedback.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with structural and safety standards, as well as client and architectural specifications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in custom millwork, furniture, or cabinetry engineering/design.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, OnShape).
- Strong understanding of woodworking joinery, materials, and production processes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and client specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
