Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality standards
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and job requirements

Finish Sprayer
Seeking a Finish Sprayer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in wood finishing — or someone with an automotive refinishing background looking to transition into the world of luxury custom cabinetry. At Premier, we specialize in creating unique, custom finishes for each project, making this a perfect fit for a creative and energetic individual who takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply a variety of finishes including topcoats, stains, sealers, glazes
- Perform all finishing tasks including sanding, sealing, staining, glazing, top coating
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Contribute artistic input into custom finish processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of finishing experience with demonstrated spray technique skills.
- Background in either wood or automotive refinishing is strongly preferred.
- Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Open-minded and enthusiastic about learning new techniques and taking on new challenges.
Woodworker-Cutting Specialist
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cutting Specialist to join our cabinetry shop. This role is responsible for cutting cabinet components from large wood sheets based on a detailed job book. The ideal candidate has strong concentration, planning skills, and a solid understanding of cabinetry construction and assembly.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret job books, cut lists, and cabinetry drawings
- Plan material layout to efficiently cut parts from large wood sheets
- Accurately cut all cabinet components to required dimensions
- Understand how parts fit together in cabinet assembly to ensure correct cuts
- Maintain attention to detail and quality throughout the cutting process
- Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate with shop team regarding job requirements and priorities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a cabinetry, woodworking, or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction and assembly
- Ability to read job books, cut lists, and shop drawings
