New Holland, PA – Premier Custom-Built recently held their annual Employee Recognition Banquet at Brick Gables in Lititz, PA. There employees were celebrated for their service to the company. In the tradition of honoring an employee’s 10-year milestone, custom grandfather clocks were presented to Jean Sensenig (left), Eric Stuart (center), and Gene Seibel (right).
This year we had one 25-year award recipient, Curvin Hoover. Curvin joined Premier just a few years after the company opened, working in Special Assembly. Curvin is also Premier’s clockmaker and has made every one of Premier’s 10-year anniversary clocks (totalling over 75!). Special Assembly supervisor Scott Bixler presented Curvin with his award and thanked him for his dedication and years of service.
Founder Marlin Horst also honored two Premier retirees, Barb Bouder and Joanie Yoder.
Approximately 150 people consisting of co-workers and their spouses attended the event, along with the entire Horst family.
