This year we had two 25-year award recipients, Rob Martin (right) and Terry Martin (left). Rob and Terry both joined Premier in 1993. Rob started at Premier as a “right-hand man” to Marlin, processing orders and fulfilling the role of Project Manager. Today Rob’s role is Director of Engineering/Sales. Terry has always been an instrumental part of the finishing team, and currently works in the finishing lab where he creates custom colors, step panels, and sample doors.
