New Holland, PA – Premier Custom-Built recently held their annual Employee Recognition Banquet at Cork & Cap Restaurant in Lancaster, PA.  There, 10 and 25 year employees were celebrated for their service to the company.  In the tradition of honoring an employee’s 10-year milestone, Grandfather clocks were presented to a group of 9 people, including Tyler Bushong, Steve VanPelt, Quang Lin, Scott Bixler, Pat Hetrzog, Raymond Lehmen, Ari Tenyenhuis, ShelbyTolley, Adam Heuyard.

Twenty-five-year award recipients included; company founder Marlin Horst (photo right) and Project Manager, Ben Fisher (photo left).  Fisher joined Premier just a few months after the company opened, working in the factory.  Eventually he moved into Project Management, where he still works today. 

Marlin Horst, founder, began the company with a vision to create cabinetry for the high-end, luxury, cabinet market.  He is still actively involved in Premier and continues to personally procure much of Premier’s wood and exotic veneers.

Approximately 150 people consisting of co-workers and their spouses attended the event, along with the entire Horst family.
